THE CHALLENGE

Zehnder Communications is a full service marketing agency serving not only greater New Orleans, Louisiana, but also several businesses and organizations across the country. My objective was to redesign the Zehnder website using new branding assets and tools with the strategic aim of attracting more clients to the advertising firm.

THE PROCESS

After doing an audit of the current site, I identified the site’s pain points and areas for improvement. I discovered we needed a simpler navigation system and a clearer pathway for clientele to view our work, so I created a new Information Architecture that focuses on our Case Studies, Industries, and Services.

Next, through a competitive analysis of several other advertising agency sites, I reviewed industry standards and how we stacked up against our peers. These analyses powered me with the knowledge to move forward and create a new branding system to match the firm’s personality.

THE RESULT

The new We Are Z site directs user traffic to specific industries, services, and case studies that reflect the great work we do. We eliminated the noise within the site to highlight our strengths and simplify the user’s experience. New interactive components, illustrations, and content ensure that the form matches the level of functionality.
